*Claire makes grand entrance*
I'm actually really happy as Matt is a genius and told me how I can post posts and so now I shall post a post.
Here is a little nugget from a wee novel I like to call Engleby written by a fellow often known as Sebastian Faulks:
"If the history of Homo Sapiens so far were represented as a single day, an average human lifespan would represent a little over half a second."
Quite the thinker don't you think? Pretty sure it takes me longer than half a second to click my fingers. Really makes everything feel extremely insignificant.

Glad you got the comment on here FINALLY!
The quote reminded me of the amontillado of light we can actually see thing, where if you put it on a keyboard we would only see the equivilent of halfway along a standard keyboard (if every key was a different form of light) even if it stretched all the way to the moon!
Terrible explaination but i hope people understand!
What's the grand prize!?
I understand Matt, muy bien. Your prize: A sunny day.
Please go outside to claim your prize.
So yes... my goodness. I mean if you look at that little dot there. See it? Right there: >>>> .

Here we go. I thought this was really interesting. My dad's got a book called "Power of Ten" that's kind of the same idea.
Oh it's a fascinating thought, but awfully distracting as it makes me want to drop everything and not bother, seeing as I am just a tiny speck in this vast universe. Ho hum.
